About Kelly

Owner & Insturcutor

With over two decades of experience teaching yoga in the picturesque Hudson Valley, Kelly is a seasoned, passionate and dedicated yoga professional, serving as both a yoga studio owner and instructor. With over 1000 hours of teaching experience, she holds the prestigious ERYT certification, signifying her mastery and commitment to yoga education. Kelly’s yoga journey is deeply rooted in the Amrit Yoga lineage, a tradition passed down from Yogi Amrit Desai, which emphasizes the integration of body, mind, and spirit.


In addition to her foundation in Amrit Yoga, Kelly has honed her skills through extensive training with Shiva Rea, a globally recognized Vinyasa yoga instructor known for her dynamic and fluid teaching style. This diverse background allows Kelly to offer a holistic approach to yoga, blending the meditative aspects of traditional Eastern yoga with the energetic flow of modern Western Vinyasa.


Outside of the studio, Kelly is a certified SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Fitness Instructor, adding a unique element of water-based fitness to her repertoire. She is also a professional local hiking guide, showcasing her love for nature and adventure. Whether leading a yoga class, guiding a hike, or exploring new destinations, Kelly finds joy in connecting with nature, spending quality time with her family, and fostering meaningful friendships. Her multifaceted interests and expertise make her a well-rounded and inspiring presence in both the yoga and outdoor communities.
