Hiking and Yoga
What to expect:
We will meet at one of the locations listed above. We will start the hike by bringing awareness and mindfulness to nature our bodies and our breath. We will then begin to ascend in silence making stops along the way for a yoga posture or short guided meditation.
We will hike at a pace that gets our heart rates up and once at the top we will celebrate the moment accomplishment, joy, strength courage and whatever else comes to your heart!
There will be time to take in the views and photo opps! The hikes are approximately 2.5 hours in duration, designed to inspire and encourage all to get outside and enjoy nature!!
What to wear:
It's very important to dress appropriately. Good walking shoes and/or boots that have treads are recommended. (Converse are no good!)
Wear light layered clothing, a hat, sunscreen, a light snack and bring WATER!
Chemical free insect repellent is recommended but not required.
