Kelly and I began yoga together- she as a teacher, me as a yogini.  I could tell from the start she was a gifted instructor and that I was a lucky yogini.  Over the 15 years I've been taking her classes, I've revealed in her creativity, her choreograph and most of all her spirit. She knows how to build a class toward a peak pose, preparing you body so you are protected.  Try a class but only if you are prepared to go back again.  I can pretty much guarantee you will want to.
