Steph is a 2009 CCHS graduate who played four years of varsity soccer as a Dragon and was 2008’s Times Herald Record Player of the Year.
Steph was introduced to yoga by her mentor and former coach, Kelly Yarpezeshkan, in 2005. Ten years later, as an active duty Marine Corps Officer stationed in Japan, Steph received her 200HR yoga certification in 2015. She credits her passion for yoga to Kelly & is grateful to have an opportunity to come full circle with this workshop in her hometown.
Steph has taught at CorePower Yoga, YogaSix and small niche studios in San Diego, Tucson and Atlanta. Steph also is a certified personal trainer & taught high-intensity interval training classes at Barry’s for two years. Steph currently lives in Manhattan & quit her corporate job to do fitness full-time. She teaches at New York Yoga on the UES & is a manager at SoulCycle E83.
