In this workshop, we’ll dive into the practice of pranayama and stabilizing meditation. Learn breathing exercises to clear physical and emotional obstacles, supercharging your body's vitality. Daily stressors can hinder our breath, affecting our overall well-being. Through pranayama, we'll energize, relax, and heal the body, balancing life energy and stimulating the parasympathetic system. Discover how breathing patterns influence emotional states and gain techniques to cultivate a regular practice. Ages 14+. Best practiced on an empty stomach. 75°F room temp.
