Start your day in this invigorating sunrise yoga class where we harness the energy of the rising sun to ignite our practice with intention and vitality. Connecting breath with movement we will flow through a series of sun salutations finding strength and balance within. We will take final moments in stillness receiving the new energy you created to take with you off the mat and into your day. Room Temp set 80-85.
